Hei (hi in finnish!)

First week of vacay! I am in London (and it’s hot).

Still I can’t wait to share you more tricks from the top 1% in LinkedIn.

Let’s dive in to great WRITING in LinkedIn (and what the top 1% uses):

Your personal brand is YOU

3 Lessons from the top 1%:

  1. Your content is your credibility.

Most people post once and ghost.
    But consistency isn’t annoying—it’s trust-building!

SO my number one tip! STAY CONSISTENT (that’s how you outperform 99%!!)

  2. Great hooks = 70% better performance in LinkedIn

I used this formula every day (when it comes to HOOKS):

    ➝ 8–10 words per hook
    ➝ Include a number
➝ Start with “How I,” “My,” or “I”
    ➝ Clear outcome

Example: “How I booked 7 calls from 1 post”

    Want my hook framework?
DM in LinkedIn “HOOK” to this message and I’ll send over.

  3. Use the 1-3 rule to write like a pro.

    ➝ 1 bold insight
    ➝ 3 punchy takeaways
➝ Repeat format throughout the post

    It looks good.
    It feels good.
It’s how people actually read online.

2 habits I stuck to all week
(even while traveling)

  1. 3x 90 min work blocks.
One deep. One creative. One rest.
→ Keeps momentum alive and gives you time to be creative.

  2. Content-first mornings.
Write before I do anything work related.

1 question I ask before I post anything:
Would I stop and read this POST if it wasn’t mine?

If yes = HIT publish it.

Let your content do the talking.
Your stories build trust faster than your resume ever will.

And here’s 8-point quality check before I hit publish:

  1. Is the hook short and clear?

  2. Does it explain the problem or solution fast?

  3. Is there an action the reader can take now?

  4. Do I share a personal story or real opinion?

  5. Did I use numbers or specific data?

  6. Are bullet points clear and scannable?

  7. Does it feel like top 1% content?

  8. Would I stop and read it?

If it’s not a YES to 75%, I delete it!

P.S.

London is amazing location.
But the real win?
Still showing up in LinkedIn. 🙂

P.S.S.

Hook + structure + story = standout content.

Want my hook framework?
Reply HOOK to this message and I’ll send over.

Can’t wait to see you win,

Rita
