I decided to win in one platform first...
When everyone said DON'T...

Hei (hi in finnish!)
Last week I had one of those rare, quiet mornings.
My daughter was still asleep. The house felt still.
I opened LinkedIn—not to scroll, but to reflect.
What’s really working?
The answer hit me fast:
I committed to one platform
I mastered it.
Now I can (and soon I will) use the same skills in other social media platforms as well!!
I showed up—even when no one reacted.
That changed everything.
Here’s what I’ve learned.
3 Lessons From The Top 1%
1. Confidence is Built, Not Found
Confidence isn’t a feeling you wait for.
It’s a consequence of taking action, gathering evidence, and showing up.
How I did it:
– Posted 3-4x a week, even when engagement was low
– Shared my wins and my low moments
– Repeated my message until it stuck
(And now I am posting 7 times per week, since it is so so so much easier).
Now? The confidence isn’t a front. It’s proof.
2. Effort Compounds. Always.
It’s easy to look at high-performing creators and think:
"They’re just naturally good."
But behind every polished post is time, repetition, and feedback loops.
I studied what worked.
I asked:
– Is this content actually solving a problem?
– Would I stop scrolling for this?
– Is it sharp, skimmable, and emotionally intelligent?
Excellence isn’t luck. It’s effort, focus, and execution.
3. One Platform Is Enough (at first)
Most people try to grow everywhere. I didn’t.
I chose LinkedIn—and went all-in.
Why?
Because attention builds trust.
And when people trust you, you don’t need to chase leads anymore.
They come to you.

So much space to win in LinkedIn.
2 PERSONAL HIGHLIGHTS
1. My content focus on: Growth.
Growth in business.
Growth in brand.
Growth through storytelling.
That’s my lane. It’s where I feel most alive.
Everything I do—from posts to press to partnerships—flows from that passion.
If you’re struggling to scale, ask: What’s the one thing I’ll never get bored of?
2. Charisma Can Be Learned in LinkedIn
People say you either have it or you don’t.
I disagree.
Here’s my version of charisma:
– Kindness: Supportive energy in every DM and comment
– Presence: Being consistent, real, and responsive
– Vulnerability: Talking openly about anxiety, job loss, and messy moments
– Humor: Bringing lightness when the stakes feel high
Charisma is earned when people feel safe, seen, and inspired by you.
1 TOOL + 1 TIP
AI + Content: Use It, Don’t Rely on It
I don’t use AI to replace my voice.
I use it to scale it.
Tools I love:
– Kleo to spot viral trends
– Scribe to repurpose content fast
And ChatGPT, but the key is the prompt.
Here’s mine:
“Make the sentences short and concise. Max 8 words. Use rhythm. No hashtags. Make it 500 characters. Format like a viral post.”
The tool isn’t magic. Your clarity is.
P.S.
You don’t need to go viral.
You need to go deep.
Pick one platform. Show up daily.
And let your consistency become your most magnetic quality.
What’s the one platform you’ll win on this year?
Can’t wait to see you win,
Rita
P.S.S.
Creator Economy is GROWING like crazy!!!
Is’t your time to level up?
