You should win in one platform first...

(And that one platform for B2B is LinkedIn).

Welcome to the top 1%!

Hei (that’s “hi” in Finnish!)

I’m officially on holiday.
Slower mornings. Fewer meetings. More room to think.

Last week, during one of those quiet early hours (while my daughter was still asleep), I opened LinkedIn (not to scroll, but to test).

What if I used this downtime to experiment?
New post formats. Fresh angles. Even… a new business model.

Because here’s what I know now:

Committing to one platform built my audience
Mastering it built my business
Now I get to scale it — or replicate it elsewhere (like Youtube).

The best ideas don’t always come from hustle.
Sometimes, they land when life slows down.

I’ll share more soon….

3 Lessons From The Top 1%

1. Confidence is Built, Not Found

Confidence isn’t a feeling you wait for.

It’s a consequence of taking action, gathering evidence, and showing up.

How I did it:
Posted 3-4x a week, even when engagement was low
Shared my wins and my low moments
Repeated my message until it stuck

(And now I am posting 7 times per week)

Now? The confidence isn’t a front. It’s PROOF (and that makes the difference).

2. Effort Compounds. Always.
It’s easy to look at high-performing creators and think:

"They’re just naturally good."

But behind every polished post is time, repetition, and feedback loops.

I studied what worked.

I asked:
1. Is this content actually solving a problem?
2. Would I stop scrolling for this?
3. Is it sharp and emotionally intelligent?

Excellence isn’t luck. It’s effort, focus, and execution.

3. One Platform Is Enough (at first)
Most people try to grow everywhere. I didn’t.
I chose LinkedIn and went all-in.

Why?

Because attention builds trust.

And when people trust you, you don’t need to chase leads anymore.

They come to you.

P.S. Even Steven Bartlett (Founder of FlightStory, Thirdweb, The Diary Of A CEO) agrees with me.

”For founders, LinkedIn is the most important platform.”
Steven Bartlett

So much space to win in LinkedIn.

2 PERSONAL HIGHLIGHTS

1. My content focus on: Growth.
Growth in business.
Growth in brand.
Growth through storytelling.

That’s my lane. It’s where I feel most alive.

Everything I do—from posts to press to partnerships—flows from that passion.

If you’re struggling to scale, ask: What’s the one thing I’ll never get bored of?

2. Charisma Can Be Learned in LinkedIn
People say you either have it or you don’t.

I disagree.

Here’s my version of charisma:
Kindness: Supportive energy in every DM and comment
Consistency: Being consistent, real, and responsive
Humor: Bringing lightness

Charisma is earned when people feel safe, seen, and inspired by you.

1 TOOL + 1 TIP

AI + Content: Use It, Don’t Rely on It
I don’t use AI to replace my voice.
I use it to scale it.

Tools I like:
Kleo to spot viral trends
Scribe to repurpose content fast

And ChatGPT, but the key is the prompt.

Here’s mine:
“Make the sentences short and concise. Max 8 words. Use rhythm. No hashtags. Make it 500 characters. Format like a viral post.”

The tool isn’t magic. Your clarity is.

P.S.

You don’t need to go viral.
You need to go deep.

Pick one platform. Show up daily.
And let your consistency become your most magnetic quality.

What’s the one platform you’ll win on this year?

Can’t wait to see you win,

Rita
